To participate in the MSDNAA program you must follow these requirements and procedures:

1. Accounts are deleted at the end of every semester. You must follow the procedures at the beginning of every new semester to participate in the MSDNAA program.
2. You must be presently enrolled in a CS, IS, or IT course (regardless of major).
3. Notify your professor that you would like to participate in the program. They will then submit your email address to the departmental secretary to verify class enrollment.
4. Upon receipt of a verification email (which goes to the email address you submitted) follow all instructions to obtain access to the site.

Keep in mind that MSDNAA does not cover the Office suite, but does have Access, Visio, and Project.
If after receiving the email verification you have any technical issues contact Shawne Zuber for support.

Notes:

1. Please use Internet Explorer while accessing the site and downloading software. Other browsers cause file extension issues.
2. Your initial download is an .exe file. Running this file will start the software download and verification process.
3. Software can arrive in two formats: some will be executable files that can be run directly from the download folder to install the software. Others will be .iso images. Iso images are snapshots of a disc. You must use CD burning software to create a disc from an image. This will turn the .iso image into a working disc.
