CISM 7330-Information Technology Management 3-0-3

This course is designed to enable the manager to effectively utilize and manage information technology within the applied business environment. Special attention is paid to the management of informaton technologies that play a pivotal role in an organization's infrastructure. Special topics include how IT service quality can be measured, and implications of outsourcing IT services.

Prerequisites: Graduate standing and satisfactory completion of the prerequisites for the student's chosen degree (MBA, MT/IT).
