CISM 7331-Business Systems Analysis 3-0-3

Introduces the fundamental principles of business systems analysis and design. Students will learn to apply the tools and techniques used by systems analysts to analyze business problems and design information systems-based solutions to those problems. While classical, structured tools for describing data flows, data structures and input/output design will be presented, the emphasis will be on the concepts and techniques of object-oriented systems analysis and design.

Prerequisite: Graduate standing and the completion of the MBA Prerequisites, or permission of Director of COBA Graduate Studies for non-MBA students.
