SAP® Certificate

GSU students who complete 3 SAP-approved courses are eligible to receive a SAP Certificate signed by SAP America. IS Majors in the Enterprise Resources Planning Emphasis typically receive this certificate. The SAP Certificate can also be earned by GSU students who minor in Information Systems. The IS Minor (and SAP Certificate) enhances career options for students interested in working for businesses that use SAP. Students majoring in accounting, finance, human resource management, operations management, or logistics are especially likely to benefit from an IS Minor and SAP Certificate. Post-bacc.alaureate students can also earn a SAP Certificate by completing IS Minor requirements.

Students who earn a SAP Certificate satisfy the education requirements to enter SAP’s TERP10 certification process.

Our Future

SAP will soon be included in more courses making it easier for students to graduate with SAP experience. Graduate courses that include hands-on experience with SAP will provide MBA, M. Acc., MT-IT, and MSIS students with the option to earn a SAP Certificate. GSU students will soon have the opportunity to use one of SAP’s newest ERP products: Business One. Plans are also being made to offer preparation courses for TERP10 and Business One certification.
