Description: GENERAL SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The internship will provide ‘real world’ post-production studio experience in specific area(s) of interest to include; Editorial, Audio, Compositing, 3D, Motion Graphics.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Administrative duties including data entry, processing orders, and general client services.

• Providing graphics/editorial support to the editorial staff.

• Providing audio support for the audio staff.

• Basic tape duplication/label creation.

• Special projects related to current business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:

Currently enrolled at an accredited four or five-year College or university (or, in case of artistic or technical study, a 2 year trade, vocational or certificate program).

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:

• MS Office
• Mac OSX
• Adobe Studio- specifically AfterEffect, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Fairlight Constellation/ProTools experience a plus
• Final Cut Pro/Avid experience a plus

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong team player. Ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities. Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
