We currently have a rewarding opportunity available for a Basis Administrator. This position is to be located in our Coeur d’Alene or Sandpoint, Idaho locations.
The BASIS Administrator Intern is responsible for working as part of a team to plan and establish the SAP Core Merchandising and Customer Relationship Management landscapes, enabling the solution sets and related components. The secondary responsibility will be to support a current ERP implementation and coordinating integration points with non-SAP systems. The individual will have IT BASIS experience and awareness of other related technical areas such as development, configuration, and security. Other roles will include the coordination with Infrastructure and Technical Architecture teams in building out and supporting the SAP landscape environment. The individual will report to a BASIS Administrator. The core SAP Business Solution includes: SAP Enterprise Portals, XI/PI, ECC 6.0, BI, SEM, APO/SCM, GTS, PLM and Solution Manager. Experience with ABAP and JAVA Stacks. The individual will work across all phases of the project (Project Prep, Business Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, Go-Live and then into ongoing Production Support). In this position, he or she will be required to report progress to goals, identify key risks and mitigation strategies, provide direct support for other process teams or work threads, and complete other duties as needed or assigned. Individual contribution is a requirement of this role.

Job Responsibilities:
• Building and supporting the SAP environment
• Coordinate with the Core Merchandising and CRM teams for Infrastructure services
• Document, configure and test SAP and Core Merchandising solution set as applicable to BASIS and Integration areas
• System metrics, Key Performance Indicators and monitoring (CCMS, XI PMI/RWB)

• Integration planning
• Technical mapping of requirements to solution set as applicable to BASIS
• Assist with technical aspect of Data cleansing/migration (connectivity)
• Go-Live cutover activities
• Post go-live stabilization and support activities

Task Requirements:

• Student must be in pursuit of a degree relating to Information Systems or Computer Science
• Understanding of SAP and BASIS/NetWeaver
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Demonstrated leadership in achieving shared objectives within a matrixed organization, participating in cross-divisional projects and building effective cross-functional teams and relationships
• Aptitude for learning
• Established record in managing multiple and competing priorities
