Vericom Corporation provides multi-media services to the healthcare industry out of Roswell, GA. Currently, we are looking for an intern in our Visual Media Department with artistic talent and a natural passion to create art using digital applications. The ideal candidate will need to be highly motivated and enjoy working with others in a corporate, but dynamic work environment.

The key tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Editing websites with HTML and CSS
• Basic graphic design work in PhotoShop
• Design and edit marketing materials (including web advertisements in animated .gif and .jpeg formats)
• Assisting animators on an as-needed basis on various projects

The individual we are seeking must possess the following:
Required Skills:

• Junior or Senior level student majoring in Graphic Design, Animation, Broadcast Design, or Advertising Design
• HTML
• CSS
• Digital image manipulation
• Basic illustration

Required Program Knowledge:

• Dreamweaver
• PhotoShop

Favored Skills (or a basic knowledge):

• Illustrator
• Flash
• After Effects
