Visual Media Internship
:
Vericom Corporation provides multi-media services to the healthcare industry out of Roswell, GA. Currently, we are looking for an intern in our Visual Media Department with artistic talent and a natural passion to create art using digital applications. The ideal candidate will need to be highly motivated and enjoy working with others in a corporate but dynamic work environment.

The key tasks and responsibilities will include:

* Editing websites with HTML and CSS
* Basic graphic design work in PhotoShop
* Design and edit marketing materials (including web advertisements in animated .gif and .jpeg formats)
* Assisting animators on an as-needed basis on various projects


Required Skills:
* Junior or Senior level student majoring in Animation, Broadcast Design, Graphic Design or Advertising Design
* HTML
* CSS
* Digital image manipulation
* Basic illustration

Required Program Knowledge:
* Dreamweaver
* PhotoShop

Desired Skills or Program Knowledge:
* Illustrator
* Flash
* After Effects
